Requirements:

1. Legal counsel
Location: Jakarta
Position requirements
A Master University degree majoring in business law from a reputable university. At least ten (10) years as in-house legal counsel in an oil and gas company and having experience in international oil and gas business transaction, negotiation, reviewing and contract drafting, such as joint operating agreement, farmin agreement, co-operation agreement, contracts relating to project development, sale and purchase agreement and other International commercial/business contracts; good analytical skills, knowledge on legal matters in the oil and gas industry, production sharing contract and laws that usually governs in oil and gas transaction; experience In Interfacing and coordinating with authorities representatives and company’s partners is desirable. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
Position responsibilities
Your role will include negotiation, preparation and finalisation of various domestic and international business/commercial contracts in connection with company s activities in the exploration and development of oil and gas. You also will provide the legal advice as required by the Company in connection with the relevant business transactions/projects, corporate legal matters and the implementation of regulations. Position requirements
University degree in Engineering or Economics is a prerequisite, with at least 10 years in Oil & Gas industry relevant experience in Project Services.
You must be a good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills and demonstrate experience coaching and leading cost, planning and contracting personnel. Good technical and analytical skills, strong influencing and presentation skills as well as effective communication and performance bias are a plus. Fluency in English is a must.
Position responsibilities
Your role will involve managing the project support services activity, including planning and scheduling, budgeting, cost management, accounting and document management, thus assisting project team members in carrying out their specific activities efficiently and effectively according to cost and time targets. In addition, the job includes support for the preparation of the ITT packages for Marine surveys, FEED and Execution contracts in direct coordination with eni Indonesia procurement department and the Project Management.

Topsides Project Engineer
Location: Jakarta
Position requirements
A University degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Marine Engineering or equivalent is a prerequisite. You should have at least 8 years relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry as Offshore Facilities Engineer, including experience working in the design, hook up and commissioning of offshore Oil and Gas facilities.
You must be a good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills and demonstrate experience coaching and leading less experienced facilities engineers. Good technical and analytical skills, strong influencing and presentation skills as well as effective Communication and performance bias are a plus. Fluency in English is a must.
Position responsibilities
Your role will be responsible for the design of offshore platform structures and topside modules. You will need to coordinate the execution and delivery of topsides engineering work package(s) from early design, to preliminary and detailed engineering, up to hook-up and pre-commissioning, commissioning, ensuring achievement of project cost, schedule, quality and HSEQ targets.
In addition, you will need to ensure the design contractors work according with the project specifications, respecting relevant QA and HSE standards and regulations. Post FEED phase, you will also supervise the onshore fabrication and certification of structures and topsides modules.

Key Deliverables:

Strategy
- Ability to articulate and communicate the strategic vision for PSCM & SQM and translate into actionable plans, deployed within the SPUs/ Sector Directorates
SPU, Sector and Supplier Stakeholder Management
- Routinely communicates openly and with integrity with key business stakeholders to align direction between PSCM and the internal customer intent
- Coordinates SQM activities and implementation programs with SPU / Sector QM strategies and Segment QM strategies/ guidance
- Interfaces with functional disciplines such as facilities, subsea, drilling and completions to ensure that operational and reliability requirements are delivered
- Interfaces with related COMPANY S networks to ensure best practice SQM is transferred to SPU / sector PSCM activities in a cost effective and practical manner

Approved Vendor List & Supplier Pre-Qualification
- Minimize the risk and maximize value by pre-qualifying the right suppliers and contractors for COMPANY S
- Supplier Development plans to ensure identified gaps are addressed and closed in a timely manner
- For each high level IM risk suppliers, develop and prepare an audit plan based on the results of the risk assessment process
- Manage the completion of supplier assessments with targeted suppliers including working with suppliers to complete self assessments, and completion of on site reviews
- Ensures appropriate contractor/ supplier verification and audit programs are established and prioritized in accordance with risk/ criticality assessment

Right First Time & Quality Planning
- Lead the application of appropriate quality tools within the supply base to:
- Support engineering to identify contractor/ supplier risk in accordance with criticality assessment
- Identify supplier certification and verification documents that need to be in place
- Ensuring contractor/ supplier Management of Change MoC processes are established and implemented
- Integration of SQM processes into PSCM Sourcing and Supplier Management Processes
- Establish Right First Time Performance Targets with key suppliers and contractors
- Measurement and Monitoring of Supplier Quality:
- Implements Supplier Performance Management processes by identifying leading and lagging metrics to be applied to specific contracts and purchase orders and ensuring that their output is measured and followed up as part of a continuous improvement process

Continuous Improvement
- Drives a step change in performance by:
- Reduce the cost of poor supplier quality
- Facilitating specific improvement workshops at suppliers premises to identify process failures and corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Introduces Lean, Six Sigma and/or equivalent concepts as part of the continuous improvement cycle
- Supports COMPANY S s continual improvement programs, recommending and introducing process improvements by leveraging an extended network of thought leadership avenues

SQM Process & Tools
- Assist in the development of SQM Processes & Tools as required
- Continually looks for improvements in SQM Processes to drive internal efficiency

Organization Capability & Capacity
- Anticipates and identifies capability gaps in self and establishes plans to address

Qualification:
- Mechanical/Materials Engineering Degree (or equivalent experience)
- ISO Lead Auditor Qualified
- Thorough understanding of Root Cause Analysis, Preventive action & Poke Yoke
- Thorough understanding of "Cost of Poor Quality"
- Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Qualification
- Significant oil and gas experience (Up stream), multi industry experience
- Experience in welding, coatings & corrosion

Project Engineer

Main Responsibility:

1. Ensure requirements to execute the Sanctioned Engineering Projects is fulfilled in accordance to the applicable Business Process, this will cover:

4. Prepare the required documents and coordinate effort for AFE closing of onshore engineering projects.

Qualification & Experience:

1. University Degree in Engineering.
2. 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, able to develop S-curve, project schedule.
3. Good knowledge on SAP system, procurement and contracting business process, AFE development.
4. Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment.
5. Demonstrated interpersonal and coordinating skills with the ability to work in a dynamic project team environment to support multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Must be fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.

Optimization Engineer

Basic Purpose:

• Explore optimization opportunities in Onshore Operations facilities.
• Follow-up field optimization effort in Onshore Operations facilities by performing detail technical review.
• Develop optimization detail works report by following FEL stages.
• Develop procedure for plant performance test to validate optimization opportunities.
• Liaise with Venture to explore improvement and development opportunities to increase sales capacity.
• Provide inputs for Projects, OEE, Sub-Surface, PE and other Dept for facilities development purposes.
• Provide technical data/report submission to Venture, HSE and other Dept to meet Company and/or Government requirement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Engineering degree from recognized university or institution, preferably from Chemical or Petroleum Engineering. Knowledge in Process Simulation is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in oil and gas industry and/or petrochemical plant, preferably in Engineering.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
