Descriptions :
Responsible for the daily QA/QC planning and leads the QA/QC for equipment servicing. He/she performs 1st line troubleshooting on QA/QC process activities and in addition he/ she will write/ revise SOP's with a view to continually improving performance. He/ she is also involved in the maintenance, calibration and validation of (new) equipment. It is expected that he/ she is able to execute delegated (QA/QC) tasks relatively independently.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements :
• Competent supervisory skills.
• Good employee interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical, machining aptitude.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Basic understanding of Weatherford oilfield product and operations
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
• Mature, independent resourceful and organized.
Preferred credentials & experience :
• 5 years in supervisory position, ideally within oilfield service company
• Qualified machinist or QA/QC practitioner.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong skills in computer database operations
• Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
• In depth understanding of Weatherford oilfield product and operations
• Willingness to learn new skills
