EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT CONOCOPHILLIPS
Project Engineer

Main Responsibility:

1. Ensure requirements to execute the Sanctioned Engineering Projects is fulfilled in accordance to the applicable Business Process, this will cover:
- Creation of online AFE, WBS account, PMO/PR and track the approval process based on the engineering package developed by respective project engineer.
- Interface with procurement for the timely procurement process of material and service required in accordance to the SOS/SOW developed by the respective project engineers.
2. Coordinate effort to ensure the engineering projects are executed timely within the approved budget, through:
- Development of project schedule, Coordinate project progress monitoring actual versus plan on execution progress & cost spending.
- Coordinates interface with contractor for project kick off meeting, ensuring completion of contractor requirement prior to execution, coordinate the interface between contractors and COPI operation during projects execution.
- Interface and coordinate regular meeting with OEE Small Project Groups to update the progress of onshore projects which are executed by Small Project Group.
3. Coordinate onshore CAPEX projects monthly update, adjustment on the projects monthly phasing, budget CAPEX revision and ensure the cost spending of the projects is charged to the respective project WBS account.
4. Prepare the required documents and coordinate effort for AFE closing of onshore engineering projects.

Qualification & Experience:

1. University Degree in Engineering.
2. 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, able to develop S-curve, project schedule.
3. Good knowledge on SAP system, procurement and contracting business process, AFE development.
4. Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment.
5. Demonstrated interpersonal and coordinating skills with the ability to work in a dynamic project team environment to support multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Must be fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.

Optimization Engineer

Basic Purpose:

• Explore optimization opportunities in Onshore Operations facilities.
• Follow-up field optimization effort in Onshore Operations facilities by performing detail technical review.
• Develop optimization detail works report by following FEL stages.
• Develop procedure for plant performance test to validate optimization opportunities.
• Liaise with Venture to explore improvement and development opportunities to increase sales capacity.
• Provide inputs for Projects, OEE, Sub-Surface, PE and other Dept for facilities development purposes.
• Provide technical data/report submission to Venture, HSE and other Dept to meet Company and/or Government requirement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Engineering degree from recognized university or institution, preferably from Chemical or Petroleum Engineering. Knowledge in Process Simulation is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in oil and gas industry and/or petrochemical plant, preferably in Engineering.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Strong team player with proactive approach to decision making process.
• Ability to work under diverse cultures and nationality.
