Position requirements
University degree in Engineering is a prerequisite, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry experience and 3 years of contracting experience.
You must be a good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills and demonstrate experience coaching and leading cost, planning and contracting personnel. Good technical and analytical skills, strong influencing and presentation skills as well as effective communication and performance bias are a plus. Fluency in English is a must. The candidate shall be able to demonstrate practical experience in the preparation and implementation of tendering processes for major oil and gas projects as well as managing the contracts execution.
Position responsibilities
Your role will involve developing engineering and construction contract documentation for onshore/offshore production facilities in accordance with the selected contracting strategy and Company standards and practices. In addition, the job includes providing specialist contracts input to the tendering and award process and, post award, so manage contract change orders and variations. You should be able to identify the most appropriate contracting strategy and contractors to support the Project Execution.
