Job Vacancy @ PT Agincourt Resources

PT. Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources.

G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mining and exploration company. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence production of gold in 2011. The mine will be capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seek to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

PT. Agincourt Resources is pleased to invite applications for the following roles:


Senior HR Supervisor (HR 0557)

This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the HR & Admin Manager.
Roles of this position is responsible manage comprehensive Human Resources Management directs a full spectrum of Human Resources including Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Payroll, Policy & Procedures, Industrial Relation and Training & Development.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Diploma or bachelor degree with major study in the area of economic or administration management, human resources or relevant engineering. Bachelor degree in law and certified HR is preferred.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in HR roles especially from mining industry.
• Familiar with Indonesian labour and union laws.
• Experience in handling disputes and industrial relations cases, recruitment, manage training & development field.
• Familiar with compensation and benefit system.
• Has experience in employee development and succession planning.
• Knowledge of integrated computer systems (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Good oral and written English skills.
• Good communication and relation with relevant government agencies.


Exploration Geologist (GEO 0559)

This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Project Geologist.
Roles of this position is responsible to delivered all exploration program were dedicated G-Resources HSE-C standard compliances. Main role of this positions are:
• Carry out field exploration program.
• Establishing and managing project and teams in remote locations.
• Ensure good quality data were collected in the field.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor Degree of Geology, Master Geology will be preferable
• Knowledge of geology field mapping, Geochemistry and Geophysic
• Minimum 2 years in gold and base metals exploration with a broad knowledge of deposit styles and the search methods and technologies used to explore for them in a variety of terrains
• Willing to work in fly camp situation in remote areas
• Have experience in establishing and managing program and teams in remote locations with minimum supervision
• Good English in both written and conversation
• Familiar with exploration software such as MapInfo, Micromine would be an advantage
• Knowledge of geology related to metal deposits (Au-Cu) is preferable


Finance Manager (FN 0560)

This position reports directly to the Senior Commercial Manager and will be a key position in the management team. The Finance Manager will take responsibility for tax, management and financial accounting.

Initially the position will be responsible for setting up the systems and processes required to support the project as it transitions through construction, commissioning and ongoing operation. A strong focus will be on building a team and developing staff capable of supporting the business.

There will be a requirement for the role to work from both Jakarta office and Martabe site initially, before being a site based role.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Degree in commerce or finance.
• 5-10 years working experience in senior finance roles in a mining or production operation.
• Proven ability to operate in a diverse team producing results within challenging time lines.
• Communication, relationship and team building skills.
• System implementation in major ERP systems.


Senior Exploration Geologist (GEO 0561)

This position will be based in Exploration site with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Exploration Superintendent. This position will be responsible for leadership and management to ensure that the Company s exploration programs are developed and implemented with a high level of quality technical input.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Geology or Geological Engineering; a Master Degree is preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to complete large and technically complex projects.
• 8-12 years of practical mining geology, exploration or resources development experience.
• Able to work with one of the geology software such as MapInfo, IOGas and Micromine.
• Good understanding of QA/QC is required to ensure quality data is collected.
• Report writing and informal presentation.
• Experience in planning and implementation of exploration programs in remote areas is essential.
• Able to work in the remote locations and difficult terrain with minimum supervision.


Project Geologist (GEO 0562)

This position will be based in Exploration site with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Senior Exploration Geologist. This position will be responsible for leadership and management to ensure that the Company s exploration programs are developed and implemented with a high level of quality technical input.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Geology or Geological Engineering; a Master Degree is preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to complete large and technically complex projects.
